The Bindoya Monkey Gland Burger starts with a soft, sturdy croissant bun, generously spread with our in-house mustard.
Fresh, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and cheddar cheese are layered on the bun, while the real magic happens as the raclette cheese slowly melts over the sizzling patty. Yes, raclette. We don’t mess around. Our patties are made with premium meat, no fillers or binders, and seasoned with our house spice blend.
Once the patty is crowned with molten raclette, it takes its place on the burger, and then we finish with the burger’s star – our Monkey Gland Sauce. Don’t worry, despite the name, there are no monkey parts involved.
