The 2026 global theme, “Give to Gain,” emphasizes the power of reciprocity: the idea that when we share knowledge, offer support, and create opportunities for one another, we collectively move closer to gender equality.
Our local theme for the evening, “Motivation - The Lies and Truth of It,” will guide an honest and engaging conversation about what truly drives success. Together, we’ll explore common misconceptions around motivation, the pressures many women face in business and leadership, and the realities behind sustainable growth, both personally and professionally.
