With the lead up to the busy summer tourism season, this May's Lunch & Learn, we will explore opportunities and challenges in the Tourism Sector in 2025.
Our guest speaker, Jesse Willicome, the Executive Director of Creston Valley Tourism Society, will provide an overview of Creston Valley Tourism, discuss the tourism outlook for Canada, British Columbia and the Kootenay's region for 2025. Jesse will outline how Creston Valley Tourism plans to address these emerging opportunities and challenges. Attendees will also gain practical strategies on how local businesses and organizations can collaborate with Creston Valley Tourism to enhance their growth and succeed in the local tourism
industry.
Jesse is a seasoned community relations professional specializing in tourism development, strategic planning, marketing, and rural economic resiliency. In his role, Jesse manages daily
operations, collaborating with local businesses, community stakeholders, and creative
professionals to showcase and celebrate the unique attributes of the Creston Valley
region through innovative marketing and promotional efforts under the Explore Creston
Valley brand.
